| Security Deposit: | $300 and fully refundable, providing no damage or loss is found after vacating and all 'House Rules' are followed. | ||||
| Cleaning Deposit: | $100, of which $50 is non-refundable. Remaining balance eligible for refund providing no additional time or cost is required to return the Home to "guest ready" condition. | ||||
| Occupancy Tax: | 10% of the rent. Not required on stays of 30 days or more. | ||||
